I researched local plumbers and checked the Better Business Bureau before selecting a plumbing company to replace the polybutylene pipes in my home. I’m so glad I chose MyPlumberNow. The guys that came out were amazing! We scheduled a tankless hot water heater descaling (because I figured I needed to after a few years) but they came out and told us that was only needed if we were having issues. They looked it over to make sure all looked okay and didn’t charge us for the visit! Super honest, kind, and attentive. We will use them when we need plumbing work, and will recommend them!

Shawn completed our service today. He provided me with options on my estimate, in which I will have him return to do a shower repair. This is the second time we’ve called My Plumber Now, the first time being a great experience. We had a sudden stoppage of our septic system, we called My Plumber Now, Sean shifted some morning appointments so he could come out asap. He quickly determined the clean out was clogged and got to work right then snaking it out. Now we just have to discuss with the kids again that we can’t flush the flushable wipes…even though they say they are flushable, they’re not in a septic system! Thanks to Sean we didn’t have to wait very long to have indoor toilets again 😃
